Hello, I’m Kristina
Licensed massage therapist with over 900 hours of training and 12 years of hands-on experience.
I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal care, Thai-inspired bodywork, and myofascial release.
My goal is simple: relieve pain, improve mobility, and help you return to the places, activities, and everyday ease you love.

Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day
Rather than choosing a technique, choose the amount of time you'd like. Your session may include deep tissue, myofascial work, trigger point therapy, stretching, cupping, or other techniques when appropriate.
